Flannery Partners with the Metropolitan Airports Commission

Flannery Construction, the Metropolitan Airports Commission, and Center for Energy and Environment are completing sound abatement and energy efficiency upgrades on 2,275 homes in Richfield, Eagan, Bloomington, and Minneapolis.

Homeowners work directly with Flannery carpenters choosing from a variety of door and window designs. Flannery carpenters frequently customize these refits.

The first picture below was taken after an early March morning instructional on how to install windows so they will glide up and down correctly when the weather gets hotter. Everyone is grinning because Chris Cohoe was just given a certificate for improved penmanship (apparently not his strong suit!).
