Established in 1982, Flannery Construction offers a full line of general contracting.

Over the years Gerry Flannery and his company have developed expertise in all sectors of the construction industry – residential, commercial, and governmental. Our projects are large and small. No matter what the project, what doesn't change is Flannery Construction's attention to your budget and your needs.

Located on St. Anthony Avenue at I-94 and Hamline Avenue in St. Paul, Flannery Construction has built, remodeled, and renovated homes and high rises, offices, clinics, and restaurants. Projects have ranged from one-of-a-kind dream houses and lake homes to helping non-profits strategize to make their budgets work, to fast-track multi-level office buildings remodeled while work continues in adjacent areas.

Flannery Construction builds in and around the Twin Cities metropolitan area as well as in western Wisconsin. Most of Flannery Construction's projects are design/build and our Mechanical and Electrical Contractors provide the engineering services for these projects. We employ our own carpenters and general laborers.
