Gerry Flannery

Gerry has been in the construction business for more than 30 years. Gerry started in the industry as a cabinetmaker, then worked as a carpenter before managing construction projects for contractors around town. Gerry founded Flannery Construction in 1982. He has been on the board of directors of the Community Design Center, Selby Food Coop, and Summit University Community Council. He is past chair of the Executive Committee of the Midway YMCA in St. Paul where he also chaired the Properties Committee. Gerry has coached girls' USVBA junior volleyball and is himself an avid volleyball player. He attended the University of Minnesota with an emphasis in business and accounting. Gerry is married and has two daughters.
