Joanne is a part owner and Treasurer of Flannery Construction. She has been in the construction industry for twelve years and serves as company accountant and project manager. Joanne has managed multi-family housing rehab projects and midsize commercial work. Joanne attended Inver Hills Community College with an emphasis in accounting and business. She holds a certificate of completion from the AGC Project Manager Course. In her spare time, Joanne enjoys reading, movies and spending time with her family. Joanne and her husband have one son.
