Kenneth Allen

Kenneth is a part owner and Vice President of Flannery Construction. He joined Flannery as an apprentice after graduating from the Twin City Carpenter Apprentice Program. Kenneth has extensive residential and commercial experience. He has converted a turn-of-the-century mansion into three condominiums and a former convent into a school for deaf and blind students, with elevator and a sprinkling system. Other projects include updating 128 apartment kitchens while they were owner-occupied and remodeling a 32-unit apartment building into supportive housing for youth. Commercial projects include remodeling owner-occupied medical and dental clinics and a hardware store. Kenneth has also built numerous 3- and 4-season porches, decks and garages. He enjoys biking, working out and going to movies. Kenneth is married and has one daughter.
