7000 square foot new addition and remodel to private residence. Includes exotic woods, massive windows, on-site millwork, sun room with radiant tile flooring, commercial appliances in kitchen, jacuzzi, extensive landscaping, a treehouse with a glass floor, and gardens. Worked with an artist to build and install a wood and copper sculpture that serves as a privacy wall. The separate 1000 square foot guest house is influenced by a Japanese tea house design. The guest house sits on a pedestal cantilevered over the hill, providing an incredible view of the plains.
