| Resource Center of the Americas
Previously a storefront with upstairs apartments, this 3-story 15,000 square foot space was converted into a multi-use center. It now houses the Café of the Americas, a bookstore and library, as well as classroom and meeting spaces.

Roark Kramer Kosowski DESIGN
Peter Kramer, Principal Architect
Noteworthy:
Lots of "value engineering" by subcontractors and volunteers helped bring the project in under budget. Flannery Construction directed and provided safe equipment for many volunteers whose contributions saved the project more than $20,000.
