Textile Center of Minnesota
This former car dealership and warehouse space was converted into an art center for textile arts. Housing the Textile Center of Minnesota, this 10,000 square foot space features high ceilings, exposed duct work and open spaces. The Center's open airy feeling and welcoming reception area allow for easy traffic flow. Large windows on three sides create ideal lighting for the display of textile work. The auditorium's folding walls promote flexible use of space, accommodating groups of 20 to 300 people. The Center also houses a retail shop, library, dye labs and classroom space.

Noteworthy:
Flannery collaborated with volunteers who contributed their "sweat equity" through painting, floor stripping and construction clean-up activities.
