Flannery Construction Headquarters

At Flannery Construction, we believe so strongly in the environmental and financial benefits of building green that we constructed our new headquarters as a green building. Our new building increases the efficiency with which we use resources while reducing impact on human health and the natural environment.

Our two-story, 14,000-square foot headquarters, located at 1375 St. Anthony Avenue in St. Paul, was designed to incorporate sustainable materials throughout the building and to provide heat through energy-efficient solar panels on the rooftop.
