We understand the funding and development challenges inherent in the public/non-profit sector. More than 50 percent of our work has been in the non-profit area and we are proud of our portfolio of non-profit and publicly-funded projects.

Our president and founder Gerry Flannery is fond of saying that “non-profit organizations are working with limited resources and big dreams.” We see our job as helping you find a way to make those dreams a reality.

Our staff collaborates closely with clients and municipal entities in addressing financing, budgetary and building concerns throughout the course of a project. We deliver high quality projects that meet specifications and are within budgets.
