Village by the Bay

Village by the Bay in Mound, Minnesota, offers residents a small touch of the rural with the convenience of urban living. It is one of the largest developments in the western metro area with 99 homes consisting of 59 town homes and two 20-unit condominiums. These units offer quality workmanship and the latest amenities. Very poor soil conditions at the site, former home to the old Minnetonka High School , presented some challenges the construction team had to overcome and slower-than-expected sales extended the overall construction period, requiring creative project scheduling.
